There are rotisserie heroes and fantasy goats. But some performances are so ugly, egregious or plain perplexing that it begs the refrain: What the F--k! Here is Update's seriously twisted moment this week.

One rumor that circulated across the Internet faster than pics of panty-less Britney was a monster NFL trade of uh, monsters. The proposed deal would have Dallas and Oakland swap problem receivers Terrell Owens and Randy Moss. Before UPDATE! gives this deal a great, big WTF! We have to pause to catch our breath. Hey, WTF! This must be a rumor because neither side could be so stupid. Clearly, Moss wants out of Oakland and the Raiders are supposedly eager to make it happen. Despite his distracting presence, Owens did earn his keep in Big D. So let's put this trade foolery to bed for now and hope when we wake up in the morning — Raiders and Cowboys fans especially — that it hasn't already happened.
