There are rotisserie heroes and fantasy goats. But some performances are so ugly, egregious or plain perplexing that it begs the refrain: What the F--k! Here is Update's seriously twisted moment this week.

What's more likely to earn the respect of your teammates — the seven-digit number at the end of your contract or a constant dedication to winning? Casual fans and enthusiastic devotees alike want to believe that their favorite players will make the ultimate sacrifice to win. But, sadly, that isn't always the case. Witness the continuing contract disputes of JaMarcus Russell and Brady Quinn: two players of immense talent and charisma who have chosen to remain on the sidelines while their teammates prepare for the grueling 16-week grind of an NFL season. WTF! The players that truly define championships — Derek Jeter, Michael Jordan, Tom Brady — aren't just talented, they're selfless. They have earned their money on the field with great play, not at the negotiations table. Russell and Quinn, as good as they might be, have yet to throw an NFL pass, have yet to compete at the highest levels, under duress and without respite. Both players will likely end their holdouts soon with somewhere between $15-20 million in guaranteed money. But will they have earned it?

JaMarcus Russell is just one of several high profile draftees still stuck in contract negotiations
