Our weekly digest of everything fantasy baseball. Facts don't lie and The Lineup is full of 'em. Here is your weekly digest of everything fantasy baseball. Projections for the week of April 21-27. Stats through and including April 18:

HITTERS

RAUL IBANEZ
Seattle Mariners, OF
Stats:.452 AVG, 3 HR, 12 RBI, 8 R, 0 SB
Comment: Ibanez had just one home run in April 2007, so it's nice to see him bust out of the gate like this.

DERREK LEE
Chicago Cubs, 1B
Stats: .500 AVG, 3 HR, 7 RBI, 5 R, 0 SB
Comment: It's nice to see Lee's power-stroke back considering he had just six home runs in the first half of 2007.

B.J. UPTON
Tampa Bay Rays, OF
Stats: .393 AVG, 2 HR, 9 RBI, 6 R, 1 SB
Comment: How much better does it get than being able to slot Upton in as your starting second baseman?

PITCHERS

FELIX HERNANDEZ
Seattle Mariners, SP
Stats:2-0, 2.87 ERA, 1.34 WHIP, 15 SO
Comment: May this actually be the year the King does it over an entire season? If he cuts down on his base-runners allowed, it is a possibility.

CLIFF LEE
Cleveland Indians, SP
Stats: 1-0, 1.12 ERA, 0.25 WHIP, 8 SO
Comment: Lee has been dominant in two starts this season, albeit both were against the Oakland. Perhaps he just has the A's number.

BRANDON WEBB
Arizona Diamondbacks, SP
Stats:2-0, 1.69 ERA, 0.63 WHIP, 11 SO
Comment: After four starts and four wins this season, Webb is looking every bit like a Cy Young candidate.

HITTERS

RYAN BRAUN
Milwaukee Brewers, OF
Stats: .238 AVG, 0 HR, 3 RBI, 2 R, 0 SB
Comment: It is nothing short of astonishing that the Brewers have winning games with Prince Fielder and Braun slumping the way they have.

ADRIAN GONZALEZ
San Diego Padres, 1B
Stats: .200 AVG, 0 HR, 2 RBI, 1 R, 0 SB
Comment: Sat on Thursday and fantasy owners are hoping he comes back this week with his bat intact.

HUNTER PENCE
Houston Astros, OF
Stats: .077 AVG, 0 HR, 1 RBI, 0 R, 0 SB
Comment: His high strikeout total may indicate a season-long sophomore slump.

PITCHERS

A.J. BURNETT
Toronto Blue Jays, SP
Stats: 0-1, 8.10 ERA, 1.95 WHIP, 5 SO
Comment: Got tagged twice by Texas this week, once as a reliever in a disastrous 14th inning appearance.

C.C. SABATHIA
Cleveland Indians, SP
Stats: 0-2, 22.09 ERA, 3.68 WHIP, 5 SO
Comment: He just does not have it this year. He'll still cash in after this season though, even if he fails to recapture his Cy Young magic.

CHRIS YOUNG
San Diego Padres, SP
Stats: 0-1, 18.00 ERA, 3.67 WHIP, 2 SO
Comment: The Dodgers had their way with him this week and it is a bit surprising that Young couldn't last longer than three innings.

RYAN DOUMIT
Pittsburgh Pirates, C
Comment: Until this guy slows down, he makes a great play in all fantasy formats as a starting catcher.

JORGE POSADA
New York Yankees, C
Comment: Posada was excellent in 2007 against the Cleveland Indians and Chicago White Sox: .400 AVG, 5 HR, 12 RBI, 11 R in 45 at-bats.

MIKE JACOBS
Florida Marlins, 1B
Comment: Jacobs has really been slugging the hell out of the ball and fantasy owners should stick with the streaking Jacobs while he's still hot.

PAUL KONERKO
Chicago White Sox, 1B
Comment: Konerko enjoyed great numbers in 2007 against New York (.382 AVG, 3 HR, 5 RBI, 6 R in 10 games) and Baltimore (.345 AVG, 0 HR, 4 RBI, 3 R in 8 games).

ROBINSON CANO
New York Yankees, 2B
Comment: Versus the Indians and White Sox in 2007, Cano put up numbers good enough to warrant a start this week: .317 AVG, 2 HR, 9 RBI, 11 R in 60 at-bats.

IAN KINSLER
Texas Rangers, 2B
Comment: The power has yet to come, but his average is headed to .300 and he has even swiped five bags.

YUNEL ESCOBAR
Atlanta Braves, SS
Comment: Escobar has scored at least one run in six out of his last seven games and is also on a 10 game hitting streak.

RAFAEL FURCAL
Los Angeles Dodgers, SS
Comment: Furcal has been playing out of his mind this season, hitting .407 with 15 runs in 15 games.

EVAN LONGORIA
Tampa Bay Rays, 3B
Comment: Longoria has done enough to warrant starting. He'll have his up and downs, but you should play him unless he slumps.

KEVIN YOUKILIS
Boston Red Sox, 3B
Comment: Youkilis' bruised big left toe sustained on Thursday didn't seem to hamper him on Friday. Neither on the basepaths nor at the plate.

PAT BURRELL
Philadelphia Phillies, OF
Comment: Burrell already has six homers on the season, including three this past week. He's even batting .362 on the year.

JOSH HAMILTON
Texas Rangers, OF
Comment: Starting to heat-up as evident by his 15 RBI on the season. We haven't even seen the best of him this year.

LASTINGS MILLEDGE
Washington Nationals, OF
Comment: Milledge is enjoying a fine season thus far and now he's been moved to the fifth spot in Washington's lineup which will boost his RBI opportunities.

NATE MCLOUTH
Pittsburgh Pirates, OF
Comment: His season has been incredible thus far as he has hit safely in all 15 of Pittsburgh's games this season.

BRETT MYERS
Philadelphia Phillies, SP
Comment: Myers turned in a gem on Thursday and gets to face a struggling Rockies team and an inept Pirates offense this week.

ROY OSWALT
Houston Astros, SP
Comment: Looks like he's rebounded nicely after a rough start to the season and he draws two teams he has great career success against in San Diego (7-2, 2.49 ERA) and St. Louis (9-5, 2.79 ERA).

JUSTIN VERLANDER
Detroit Tigers, SP
Comment: He's been winless thus far, but he's had good career numbers versus Texas (3-1, 2.49 ERA) and Los Angeles (0-1, 2.08 ERA).

EDINSON VOLQUEZ
Cincinnati Reds, SP
Comment: You'd like for him to have a little bit more control (nine walks in 15.1 IP), but you can't argue with a 1.17 ERA.

RAMON HERNANDEZ
Baltimore Orioles, C
Comment: Hernandez has not gotten off to a good start and he managed to hit just .246 with one home run in 15 games in 2007 against Seattle and Chicago.

KURT SUZUKI
Oakland Athletics, C
Comment: He's really starting to slow down now and in 31 at-bats against Minnesota and Seattle last year, Suzuki hit just .194.

TODD HELTON
Colorado Rockies, 1B
Comment: Helton has been struggling at the plate the past few days and fantasy owners should have no reservations about letting him sit.

RICHIE SEXSON
Seattle Mariners, 1B
Comment: Hasn't really played well at Safeco Field yet this year as evident by the .179 clip in eight games.

ASDRUBAL CABRERA
Cleveland Indians, 2B
Comment: Cabrera has been awful all season and with Josh Barfield still lurking around in the minors, his job is far from safe.

HOWIE KENDRICK
Los Angeles Angels, 2B
Comment: Kendrick is a risky play this week due to a strained hamstring. Have a back-up ready to go.

JIMMY ROLLINS
Philadelphia Phillies, SS
Comment: Between the tweaked ankle and death in his family, Rollins may not produce this week, if he even plays.

TROY TULOWITZKI
Colorado Rockies, SS
Comment: Tulowitzki's April slump should not be a surprise, he hit .244 in April of 2007. It may be wise to bench him for a week or two until he gets it together.

HANK BLALOCK
Texas Rangers, 3B
Comment: Blalock's balky back is making fantasy owners groan. Do not be surprised if he lands on the DL, where he owns a time-share.

NOMAR GARCIAPARRA
Los Angeles Dodgers, 3B
Comment: Fantasy owners need to say No Mas to Nomar. He did nothing last season to make anyone think he can be a solid fantasy contributor, so why bother?

TORII HUNTER
Los Angeles Angels, OF
Comment: Hunter has been awful on the road thus far with Los Angeles, hitting .226 in eight games.

DAVID MURPHY
Texas Rangers, OF
Comment: Murphy's hot streak has come to an end and his playing time has shrunk considerably.

COREY PATTERSON
Cincinnati Reds, OF
Comment: Patterson is hitting just .067 in the last seven days and only has two swiped bags thus far in 2008.

MARK TEAHEN
Kansas City Royals, OF
Comment: Teahen only has one extra-base hit since April 8 as he has really been off at the plate.

DAVE BUSH
Milwaukee Brewers, SP
Comment: Has been atrocious thus far in 2008 and he may lose his spot in the rotation with the arrival of Yovani Gallardo.

CLAY BUCCHOLZ
Boston Red Sox, SP
Comment: Buccholz is coming off a tough game against New York and will have two formidable offenses in Texas and Tampa Bay to compete against this week.

TED LILLY
Chicago Cubs, SP
Comment: Lilly has been winless in four starts this season and is carrying a 9.16 ERA into a two-start week against the Nationals and Mets.

JERED WEAVER
Los Angeles Angels, SP
Comment: Has been inconsistent in 2008 so far and he draws two diesel offenses this week against Boston and Detroit.

Starbonell is UPDATE! Major League Baseball Editor.

15 Walks issued by Boston Red Sox SP Jon Lester in his first 20.1 innings pitched of the season.

10 Consecutive base runners that had stolen a base against Florida Marlins C Matt Treanor before he snapped the streak by throwing out two base runners on Sunday against Houston.

9 Career at-bats it took for Tampa Bay Rays 3B Evan Longoria to hit his first big-league home run.

2 Grand slams hit by both Joe Crede and Paul Konerko in Chicago's romp of Detroit on Sunday. It was the third time in White Sox history that two grand slams were hit by Chicago in the same game.

CHRIS VOLSTAD
Florida Marlins, SP
Comment: Florida's top pick in the 2005 draft, Volstad should be part of the Marlins rotation. The 6-7 righty missed out on making the teams' staff out of Spring Training, but has not missed a step in the minors, posting a 2.65 ERA in three starts thus far. He does not, however, strike out that may batters, mustering just 118 whiffs last year in 168.2 minor league innings. He's a groundball pitcher, so his command will have to be on point when he arrives to the big leagues in order for him to warrant serious fantasy attention. The good thing about him is that since he's in Florida, you could probably afford to let him start a couple of times before deciding on adding him since his arrival to the majors will come with little fanfare.

YANKEES @ INDIANS
April 25-27 7:05 p.m ET
The Yankees will travel to Jacobs Field this week in a re-match of last season's ALDS match-up. The Yankees offense has started to click recently while Cleveland's has been sputtering a bit. Both clubs are looking to get good performances out of their starting pitchers as their bullpens are being worn thin in the early goings of the season. While the gnats are not scheduled to make an appearance, this match-up is sure to have its fair share of drama. The Yankees scheduled starting pitchers are Ian Kennedy, Andy Pettite and Chien-Ming Wang and they will be opposed by Jake Westbrook, Paul Byrd and C.C. Sabathia.
