Our weekly digest of everything fantasy basketball. Facts don't lie and the Hoop Scoop is full of 'em. Projections for the week of March 24-30. Stats through March 20:

MIKE BIBBY
Atlanta Hawks, PG
Comment: It looks like Bibby has finally found his niche in the Hawks' offense. He is averaging 13 points per game and has had a nice stretch recently. Over his past six games, he has reached double-digit point totals four times and has also recorded at least five assists in four of those games. He is a good option as a No. 2 point guard right now.

DEVIN HARRIS
New Jersey Nets, G
Comment: Althogh he's more of a point guard than a shooting guard, I couldn't resist including him on this list. Harris posted a career high 26 points on Wednesday and looks like a real find for the Nets; especially as they continue their quest for the No. 8 seed in the Eastern Conference. He has scored double digits in eight of his last 10 games and is a fine option right now in most fantasy leagues.

SHAWNE WILLIAMS
Indiana Pacers, SF
Comment: With Danny Granger currently sidelined with injury, Williams played 17 minutes on Wednesday and finished with 16 points. If Granger is out for a while and Kareem Rush continues his inconsistent play, Williams could emerge as a late-season fantasy pickup.

ANDREA BARGNANI
Toronto Raptors, PF
Comment: Bargnani has been inconsistent this season, but when he is on, he's capable of putting up some big numbers. He has had double figures in only three of his last six games, but he'd definitely on the cusp of a huge scoring binge. Maybe he's not hot, but he's heating up.

SAMUEL DALEMBERT
Philadelphia 76ers, C
Comment: Dalembert is averaging a double-double on the season and is quietly emerging as one of the better centers in the Eastern Conference. While it would be nice to see him cut down on the turnovers (he had eight on Wednesday) his scoring and rebounding has been superb. 17 points, 12 boards and five blocks make the big man a solid No. 2 center.
JASON KIDD
New Jersey Nets, PG
Comment: Over his last ten games, Kidd has only averaged 9.4 points per game. While his ability to dish it out is still there, Kidd needs to be more selfish on occasion and take the shot. If he shoots more, his numbers will go up. Don't sit him, but monitor the new Kidd on the block closely.

TRACY MCGRADY
Houston Rockets, SG
Comment: McGrady has hit a dry spell in an otherwise spectacular season. The Rockets have dropped two straight following a remarkable 22-game winning streak, and T-Mac has only connected on 16-of-48 shots over his last three games for just 24 total points. He's having a real tough time adjusting to the double teams. Don't be stupid. Keep him in your lineup.

ANDREI KIRILENKO
Utah Jazz, SF
Comment: It has been downright sad watching Kirilenko go from an elite scorer in the league to a sub-par backup. He's struggled with injuries and is trying to get his conditioning levels back. He's not certainly not 100 percent yet, which is evidenced by his 8.2 points per game in his last ten games. Look for other options.

STROMILE SWIFT
New Jersey Nets, PF
Comment: While Swift has had some recent games in which he has put up some nice numbers, his consistency is erratic to say the best. For what he does, he is not a valuable fantasy player at this point. You will be better served plugging someone else into the utility spot that Swift is probably occupying until the end of the season.

BEN WALLACE
Cleveland Cavaliers, C
Comment: Wallace is a valuable guy when it comes to intangibles, but he lacks the punch of his Detroit days. His last ten games have been a perfect indication of that fact, as he has averaged a mere 4.2 points per game along that span. You need to look for other options that will help you in the scoring and rebounding departments, because Wallace just isn't cutting it.

SMUSH PARKER
Los Angeles Clippers, PG
Comment: While this may seem like a crazy pick, let me rationalize it. Parker has bumped around between the Heat and the Clippers this season, but it looks like he is finally in a position where he can play over 20 minutes per night. Especially while Brevin Knight is out, Parker is worth starting as a No. 3 guard in fantasy.

RANDY FOYE
Memphis Grizzlies, PG
Comment: With Sebastian Telfair sidelined with an injury, Foye has made the most of his extra playing time. He is averaging 11.5 points per game, and had an excellent game on Wednesday, in which he scored 12 points (all in the second half) and 10 rebounds. He could be a good option as a No. 3 guard moving forward.

JASON TERRY
Dallas Mavericks, SG
Comment: Terry has finally broken out of his slump in a big way. Since a five-point March 3 contest against the Nets, Terry has scored in double figures in five straight games. Consider him a solid No. 2 fantasy guard, although his time on the court may be limited if Jason Kidd becomes the contributor we all know he can be.

LEANDRO BARBOSA
Phoenix Suns, SG
Comment: Barbosa's totals have been up and down recently, but with the recent injury to Raja Bell's ankle, Barbosa is due to be an excellent play in fantasy. While averaging 16.2 points per game this year, Barbosa has provided a nice surprise to those owners who took a chance on him. Put him in your lineup.

LUOL DENG
Chicago Bulls, SF
Comment: Deng has finally proven that he's healthy and putting up the numbers that fantasy owners all know he is capable of putting up. While averaging 17.2 points per game on the season, Deng makes a solid No. 2 fantasy forward. Put him in your lineup while he is going well.

JOHN SALMONS
Sacramento Kings, SF
Comment: With rumors swirling about the possibility of Ron Artest shutting it down for the remainder of the season, fantasy owners need to be on the lookout for Salmons. He is averaging 12.7 points per game on the season, but with Artest out, he would become the starting small forward. For now, he is a solid utility option, but keep your eyes open.

MIKKI MOORE
Sacramento Kings, PF
Comment: While Moore is averaging just over eight points per game on the season, he has been on quite a stretch lately. His latest line saw him end with 19 points, 10 rebounds and three blocks. There is no reason to expect him to cool off, but you shouldn't expect consistent contribution with blocks. Start him while he's on fire.

DAVID WEST
New Orleans Hornets, PF
Comment: After missing two games with a sprained ankle, West returned with a vengeance on Wednesday, finishing with a line that included 23 points and 11 rebounds. It is safe to say that DW's ankle is feeling much better, and you can rest assured when you put him back into your starting lineup.

ZYDRUNAS ILGAUSKAS
Cleveland Cavaliers, C
Comment: Well, it looks like Big Z is back in Cleveland's lineup, and it looks like he couldn't have picked a better time to return. Ben Wallace has been god awful in his absence and Cleveland is desperately looking for someone to fill that low post presence. Big Z has averaged 12.4 points per game in his last ten and is a good bet to activate, especially if you have Wallace on your roster.

SHAQUILLE O'NEAL
Phoenix Suns, C
Comment: Shaq has definitely exceeded expectations since putting on a Suns uniform. His most recent performance may have been his most impressive yet: 16 points, 15 rebounds, five assists and three blocks on Tuesday, as the Suns won their fifth straight game. Shaq is back in my good graces and I will say he is a good start as a No. 2 center.

GILBERT ARENAS
Washington Wizards, PG
Comment: It looks like there may be an Arenas sighting in the not too distant future. Gilbert was seen saying that he hopes to return way before the playoffs. He may return next week, but for now, he is still worthless in fantasy. All he is useful for, at this point, is hype.

SEBASTIAN TELFAIR
Minnesota Timberwolves, PG
Comment: Telfair has missed five straight games with a sprained ankle and it looks like he is going to be out at least a few more games with that problem. He has not been effective in his last ten games, as he is only averaging a mere 8.2 points per game in that span. It is time to move on and pursue other opportunities for your team.

BONZI WELLS
New Orleans Hornets, SG
Comment: We would like to congratulate Bonzi on his second straight week in the sit-em category. His last ten games have not been good, as he has averaged just over eight points per game. The Hornets wanted him to be one of their leading scorers, and they are definitely going to count on him down the stretch. Sit him for this week. .

RAJA BELL
Phoenix Suns, SG
Comment: After a good week, Bell has ran into some bad luck. He sprained his ankle, and while x-rays were negative, Suns trainer, Aaron Nelson believes that the sprain is at least a grade one sprain, and might even be a grade two. Sit Bell this week until he proves he is healthy enough to play.

BRUCE BOWEN
San Antonio Spurs, SF
Comment: I noticed a recent trend of owners in fantasy adding Bowen to their rosters but I cannot understand why. He doesn't score, and he may add a couple of steals and rebounds here and there, but he is in no way a viable fantasy option. You are better off taking a chance on one of the Miami Heat's spare parts if you are looking for production.

JASON KAPONO
Toronto Raptors, SF
Comment: Despite one big night in which he scored 26 points recently, Kapono has been a non-factor in fantasy basketball. Don't let this one spurt of light fool you, because you may end up dropping someone who is more valuable than Kapono. Until Kapono remembers what got him into the NBA, which was his 3-point shot, he is a must sit.

UDONIS HASLEM
Miami Heat, PF
Comment: Haslem had a ton of fantasy potential with things being the way they are in Miami, as he is in double digits in scoring on the season, but after spraining his ankle, the future is not looking bright for Haslem. He also is going to decide soon whether or not to have bone spurs removed from the same ankle that is sprained, which would effectively end his season. At this point, it wouldn't surprise me if he opts for surgery.

LEON POWE
Boston Celtics, PF
Comment: With Ray Allen and Malik Allen out of the starting lineup, Powe was able to get some extra time that he wouldn't have seen if they were in the lineup. Many people swarmed to the waiver wires to pick him up after his 21 point effort, but I think that is a mistake. One instance like this does not prove he is worthy of being owned in fantasy. Stay clear.

ANDREW BYNUM
Los Angeles Lakers, C
Comment: Well, it looks like Phil Jackson has had a completely different change of heart. He has been undecided about when Andrew Bynum would return, but after making it seem like Bynum wouldn't return until the Playoffs, Jackson has elected to target April 6 as a return date for the big man. Keep him on the bench this week, but get ready for next week.

CHRIS WILCOX
Los Angeles Clippers, C
Comment: It looks like Wilcox's injured finger is bothering him a little more than we have been lead to believe, as he is now questionable for Seattle's two game road series. While his 13.4 points and 7 rebounds per game are nice for a number two center in fantasy, he needs to prove that he is healthy before I would consider having him in your lineup.

Michael Ganci is UPDATE! Basketball Editor.

46 New Orleans Hornets point guard Chris Paul has 46 double-digit assist games this season.

9 The Miami Heat scored just nine points in their awful 96-54 loss to the Toronto Raptors on Wednesday.

7 The age of NBA Superstar, Lebron James, when Dikembe Mutombo made his NBA debut during the 1991-92 season.

2 The number of games the Miami Heat has won by 10 points or more this season.

SHAWNE WILLIAMS
Indiana Pacers, SF
Comment: Williams is getting extended minutes with Danny Granger sidelined. Kareem Rush has been anything but impressive, so if you need someone who can produce this week, Williams just may be your guy. Proceed with caution though. Williams may have fizzled out by next week.
SPURS @ MAGIC

Tue, Mar 25 7:00 PM ET
This game is going to be interesting. I am looking forward to see how Tim Duncan and Dwight Howard do against each other. While Howard may be the more aggressive and dominant of the two, the smart wiley veteran has been one of the most consistent players in the game for years. Also, Duncan has a better supporting cast. I think this will be a close one, but the Spurs will come out on top.
