After watching the Knicks play this season, I have come to the conclusion that they are nothing more than a bunch of guys playing a pickup basketball game with few set plays and no organization. You know these guys. You play with them every time you hit the park with your friends. Let's check out the many personalities of the New York Knicks Playground All Stars:

RENALDO BALKMAN, SF
Comment: He's your athletic friend that tries way too hard. He runs and hustles for everything so much that you can't help but feel lazy, so you try harder. He can ruin or make a good team.

JAMAL CRAWFORD, SG
Comment: Crawford is your friend from high school that played for the varsity team. He showed a ton of promise, but never really took his game anywhere. He only seems to be better than everyone else because everyone else is just so bad.

EDDY CURRY, C
Comment: Curry is the guy you only take because he's tall. He won't hustle, won't share the ball, won't rebound (even though he is a good foot taller than everyone else) but because of his height advantage, you'll get a decent scorer in the post.

DAVID LEE, PF
Comment: You wonder why Lee never plays more. He has all the skills and is just as athletic as anyone around, but he never gets the time to play more basketball.

STEPHON MARBURY, PG
Comment: Marbury is the one you love and hate to be on the same team with. He's the guy who played basketball in college and was phenomenal but proved to ruin the chemistry everywhere he went. He'll taunt and mock those who aren't as good, but no one will complain because he's playing a decent game.

ZACH RANDOLPH, PF
Comment: Randolph is the guy who played varsity basketball with Jamal but was kicked off the team for having bad grades and getting arrested too many times. Although Zach is a monster on the boards and will score a ton, he is a ball hog and will fight anyone who disagrees with him.

QUENTIN RICHARDSON, G/F
Comment: Q-Rich is your friend that can't get over the monster game he had years ago. You know he only had a good game because one of the best basketball players around was making him look better than he actually was.

NATE ROBINSON, G
Comment: The short guy with Napoleon syndrome, because of his height Robinson is determined to show off his skills and will often take shots he knows he shouldn't.
